Job Responsibilities
The Global Sales Training Team is looking for an Enterprise BD Trainer responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive sales effectiveness training.
This includes delivering training on customer engagement and building/updating offerings using AI-enabled sales enablement tools (e.g., Synthesia, Iorad, Articulate) for internal BD/Go-To-Market users across the Syneos Enterprise.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Training and collaborates with Enterprise Sales Operations, Business Insights, Business Technology, and Corporate Learning & Development teams.
Training design and delivery encompass all learning methods, including virtual and in-person instructor-led training, job aids, workshops, and the creation of virtual learning pathways.
Qualifications – Required
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training content
- Ability to develop training using modern authoring and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Synthesia, Iorad, Articulate)
- Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to implement training priorities, interview SMEs, and work with external technology partners to create learning objectives, original content, and assessments
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail and disciplined time management; effective communication on status and risks; and adherence to quality checks for accuracy, completeness,
and compliance
- Ability to articulate training approaches and explain advantages of different media types used in training
- Near-native level Business English oral and written communication skills to ensure accessibility across diverse audiences
