Our mission is to help people preserve and enhance their natural beauty through innovative products and meaningful brand experiences.

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to continuously improve the performance of our Shopify store.

The idóneo candidate is highly data-driven and experienced in running A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and optimizing the customer journey to increase conversion rate and revenue.

Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests across key parts of the store including:
- Product pages
- Headlines and product copy
- Checkout pages
- Offers and bundles
- Add-to-cart buttons
- Page layouts and UX flows

- Optimize product page structure to maximize conversion rate and revenue per visitor
- Improve store speed, performance, and overall user experience
- Develop data-driven hypotheses and turn them into actionable CRO experiments
- Interpret test results and implement winning variations
- Monitor conversion metrics daily and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure a seamless mobile shopping experience (priority)




- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to validate assumptions and improve performance

Requirements

- 3–5+ years of CRO experience for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and buyer psychology
- Experience optimizing:
- Layouts
- Headlines and product copy
- Checkout flows
- Offer structures
- Site speed and performance

- Ability to interpret analytics from GA4, heatmaps, and user recordings
- Data-driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Available 5 days per week for ongoing optimization work

Nice to Have

- Experience working with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
- Experience with post-purchase upsells and LTV optimization funnels
- Experience collaborating with creative strategists and performance marketers
- Strong understanding of high-converting e-commerce design
- Ability to analyze competitors and propose advanced CRO strategies
