Tax Solutions provides a comprehensive tax operations solution which includes technology, consulting, and a robust managed service offering that enables clients to meet their daily compliance needs.
Tax Utility is a solution that provides a mechanism to securely exchange and share tax documentation with counterparties.
This position will provide client support to the Tax Utility community of users.
Responsibilities and Impact: At the heart of S&P; Global, we are an information company.
With expertise across the world’s largest industries, we leverage technology and data science to provide the insights, software, and data to help our customers make better‐informed decisions, driving growth, performance, and efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Work closely with Tax Solutions CS Leadership team in spearheading regional support coverage and client relationship management.
Act as an escalation point of contact for the US clients.
- Deliver basic troubleshooting and resolutions with strategic escalation of middle to complex queries to subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience.
- Provide engaging product demonstrations for current and prospective clients to showcase platform capabilities, drive user adoption, and support sales initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a small client‑facing team supporting technology products, fostering collaborative problem‑solving and knowledge sharing to enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback to support continuous service improvement and build institutional knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- The adecuado candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment along with a team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- 2-5 years’ experience.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Client Outreach Space, Regulatory & Compliance and financial data operations and client support are required.
- Experience working on Jira and Salesforce is a must.
