Job Title

Product QA Sr Professional – UAT

The Product QA Sr Professional — UAT participates in the design and execution of UAT and automation for key products such as debit, credit and prepaid cards for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private-label brands, ensuring correct validation of functionality, transaction flows and business rules.

This position follows a 4x1 schedule (4 days on-site) at our Retiro offices.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute UAT and regression test cases.

- Develop automated test scripts following internal standards.

- Create and maintain test data for issuing products (debit, credit, prepaid cards).

- Log defects, reproduce incidents and document results.

- Participate in technical and functional design sessions.

- Work with AI tools to support test generation or analysis.

- Coordinate delivery of features with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

- 2–3 years in Payments or relevant QA/UAT experience.

- Proven experience with payment platforms; experience with platforms such as First, Vision,



VisionPLUS and SilverCore is desirable but not required.

- Knowledge of issuing and transactional processes for debit, credit and prepaid card products (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and private‑label brands).

- Foundation in automation or willingness to specialize quickly.

- Experience with test management tools.

- Knowledge of SQL and APIs.
- Advanced English, spoken and written, is mandatory.

Interviews will be conducted in English.

- Preferred: fundamentals of AI applied to testing.
