What’s the opportunity?
Lead the improvement and automation of RevOps controls and financial workflows to scale accuracy, speed, and compliance.
You’ll own complex SOX control enhancements, define KPI frameworks, and partner with Finance/IT to design robust automations (from rules to integrations).
You’ll guide merchant-level P&L; reviews, drive cross‑functional execution, and set the roadmap for reducing manual work and operational risk.
What will you be doing?
- Own and elevate SOX controls for RevOps (design effectiveness, operating rigor, audit readiness); close gaps end-to-end.
- Define the KPI and control monitoring framework (leading/lagging metrics, thresholds, auto-alerts).
- Lead cross‑team follow‑ups; remove blockers and ensure timely closure of remediations and process changes.
- Architect standardized processes and control narratives; embed controls into the workflow by design.
- Lead end‑to‑end automation of high‑impact RevOps workflows (requirements, data model, reconciliation logic, exceptions).
- Partner with Finance/IT on the automation roadmap (data pipelines, BI models, validations, approvals/evidence collection).
- Conduct deep‑dive merchant P&L; reviews; quantify impact, recommend levers, and track outcomes to closure.
- Triage and structure complex ad‑hoc tasks; convert into repeatable, automated workflows where feasible.
- Mentor junior team members on controls, analytics, and automation best practices.
What skills do you need?
- Excel and strong SQL/BI ; able to model metrics, automations, and reconciliations at scale.
- Proven experience improving and evidencing SOX/internal controls in revenue/financial processes.
- Practical automation experience (workflow/orchestration, scripts, scheduled queries, data validation patterns).
- Strong finance acumen; comfort with merchant‑level P&L; and variance drivers.
- Process design, risk mindset, and audit‑ready documentation; stakeholder leadership and influence.
- Advanced English and Spanish (mandatory).
- AI tools and workflows, using an AI‑driven approach to analyze data, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve Revenue Operations processes.
