The primary function is to play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization.

The junior analyst will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in various aspects of accountingFinancial Data Entry and Record-Keeping:* Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.* Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.* Assist in reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.* Receive, review and post journal entries received* Prepare monthly journal entries for AL/Airgas entities and business units* Prepare and post journal entries such as standard accruals and ad-hoc journal entries monthly* Bank reconciliations* Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations* Contribute to achieve the target of the performance metrics* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives## ___________________## ## Are you a MATCH?1.

Bachelor or technical degree in Accounting 2.

1-3+ years accounting work experience 3.

Intermediate level computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access) / Good analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to understand metrics and to present and communicate to all levels of the organization and external customers.4.
