ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Video Editor, you’re the magician behind the ads that make people stop scrolling and start clicking.
You’ll transform raw footage into high-converting, native-style video ads that look effortless but are built with strategy, performance, and storytelling in mind.
You’ll collaborate with Creative Strategists and Creator Coordinators to bring ideas to life, ensuring every cut, caption, and sound hit perfectly on Meta and Tik Tok.
If you’re obsessed with pacing, storytelling, and creative performance, this is where you’ll do your best work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Edit short‑form video ads — Turn raw clips into high‑performing, platform‑optimized creatives for Meta & Tik Tok.
- Create multiple variations — Adapt winning concepts into new hooks and iterations to test and scale performance.
- Keep viewers hooked — Use pacing, captions, and visuals that hold attention and drive action.
- Follow briefs & brand guidelines — Match each brand’s voice and visual identity while adding your creative edge.
- Stay ahead of trends — Keep your editing fresh with the latest ad styles and techniques.
- Collaborate across teams — Work closely with strategists, coordinators, and creators to refine and elevate ideas.
- Stay organized — Manage and store footage efficiently for easy access and future projects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally in Meta/Tik Tok ads or performance‑driven content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing. How visuals, pacing, and copy work together to convert.
- Fast, efficient, and detail‑oriented. You edit quickly without ever compromising quality.
- A great sense of storytelling and rhythm. You know how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Strong English skills. You can follow briefs clearly, catch caption errors, and deliver polished results.
HOW WE’LL MEASURE SUCCESS (KPIs)
- Editing Output: Deliver 3‑4 ads per day (45–60s) depending on project needs.
- Turnaround Time: Deliver edits within 24–36 hours of receiving footage.
- On‑Time Delivery: Consistent adherence to production timelines.
- Efficiency: Keep revisions and mistakes under 5%.
- Collaboration: Positive feedback from strategists, coordinators, and clients.
