Delivery Manager (cod: NE)

Description

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to be responsible for the quality, predictability, and efficiency of delivery at a transversal level. In this role, you will ensure that projects and portfolios are executed consistently, aligned with organizational standards and client expectations. You will lead and develop Project Managers, ensuring teams operate with high levels of autonomy, clarity, and focus on results while acting as a strategic link between teams, PMs, and clients.

Requirements

- University degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- More than five years of experience in the software industry with a technical background.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and managing Project Managers or similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge in project and portfolio management.
- Experience working with metrics and data-based management.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies; PMP or Scrum certifications are desirable.
- Experience interacting with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

- Ensure the correct execution of projects and portfolios, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, quality, and client expectations.
- Monitor delivery health transversally to identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define, implement,



and maintain delivery standards and best practices while promoting continuous improvement in methodologies and workflows.
- Lead, accompany, and develop Project Managers through performance evaluations, continuous feedback, and growth plans.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as timeline compliance, planning deviations, delivery quality, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain periodic contact with key stakeholders to validate perceptions of the service and anticipate risks.
- Intervene in critical projects when necessary, leading problem resolution and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with Tech Leads, Talent, and People teams to ensure teams are complete and correctly formed.
