We’re looking for the
Net Revenue Manager
for our
Sodastream
Business Unit (part of Pepsi Co Beverage BU). This role will be responsible for leading Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Demand Acceleration (Dx), Trade Marketing & Perfect Store. You’ll develop and drive short term and long‑term net revenue realisation through Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Innovation Pricing Strategy, and Promotional Management. Also you will work to implement Perfect Store Global Standards.
This role reports to Sodastream Argentina General Manager and has 1 Direct Report.
THE IMPACT
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
Lead the development and implementation of our 3-5 year RGM strategy to drive positive Net Revenue realisation across RGM levers, including Pack Price Architecture, Mix Management, Innovation planning and Promotional Management
Partner with Local Functions (Marketing, Finance, E‑Commerce & Sales) and the Integral RGM teams to land channel‑pack price strategy into annual plan implementation




Ensure RGM strategies are delivering business targets across Net Revenue Growth, Share Performance and Profitability, and work cross functionally with agility to address changing market dynamics
Track and report RGM outcomes & timely competitive pricing dynamics to internal stakeholders and ensure learnings are captured to inform future strategy.
Demand Acceleration (Dx) & Perfect Store
Own Perfect Store operationalization and compliance (inc KPIs operationalization & incentives) to deliver sustainable profitable granular growth
Ensure effective and timely execution of Commercial Calendar
Define planogram principles by channel to achieve execution standards
Lead development of DX activities with detailed mechanics description
Support development of sales stories for new launches
Lead development and Execution of cross categories in‑store standards based on Perfect Store strategy and business priorities
Align Brand and Sales plans, develop and execute DX calendar in Strategic Sales channels
Responsible for DX AOP preparation including Perfect Store objectives, Equipment, Commercial calendars, budgets, programs
Trade Marketing
Lead launch of trade activities, including point of sales materials and presentation to sales team
Lead POS Strategy, Agenda and Execution for Modern & Traditional Trade Channels
Own the Trade Marketing/POSM Budget
Work with the POSM Agencies
Lead Merchan Strategy, Execution and Tracking. Works with Merchan Agencies Nationally
Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
5/8+ years of relevant CPG experience, preferably in revenue management, Sales or sales finance
Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
Knowledge of trade marketing, pricing, retailer margin structures,



promotional effectiveness/ROI methods within the Argentina FMCG market.
Hands‑on experience with managing Perfect Store program on the ground. Proven track record across both traditional and organized trade channels
Ability to generate and synthesize insights into a compelling narrative to drive decision‑making and influence stakeholder across varying levels of the organization
Ability to function effectively in a team and matrix environment
Persuasive communication skills (written and verbal)
Strategic thinker with the ability to initiate and lead projects to completion
Excellent analytical skills to manipulate data sources into actionable insights and executable solutions.
