About You

You have experience in both public and private accounting and can comfortably work collaboratively in teams and independently. You are a self‑motivated individual who has a thirst to develop new processes while improving existing ones. As an accountant at App Direct you are someone who is able to roll up their sleeves for hands‑on experience with an elite team to develop and build a first‑class accounting function.

To be successful in this role you must have strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls and systems.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule:



you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with the monthly close calendar. Participate in month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Prepare accruals and perform prepaid analysis.
Perform bank reconciliations.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting, providing financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision‑making.
