- Bring 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, growth, marketing ops, or a commercial support role at a tech company — or come from the product/tech world with a genuine interest in pursuing a sales career.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Show strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.
- Bring a commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development and growth.
- Feel comfortable doing research, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline and process documentation.
- Show familiarity with CRMs, pipeline management tools, and sales workflows.
We are looking for someone able to
- Work alongside the Head of Growth to coordinate deal execution and keep the sales pipeline moving forward.
- Join discovery calls, help understand client product needs, and contribute to shaping proposals and project scopes.
- Coordinate internally with product, design, and engineering teams during scoping processes.
- Research leads, accounts, and target companies, and identify reactivation opportunities within existing pipeline.
- Monitor market signals — funding announcements, leadership changes,
company news — and propose relevant outreach strategies.
- Support the preparation of sales decks, proposals, presentations, and templates.
- Support the planning and execution of industry conferences and events, including logistics, vendors, and post-event reporting.
- Help maintain internal dashboards, tracking, and documentation used in the sales process.
- Interact comfortably with founders, executives, and product teams across the digital health ecosystem.
- Over time, take increasing ownership of pipeline deals, client conversations, and growth initiatives.
Other valuable skills
- Experience at a product development agency or digital services company.
- Exposure to healthcare or digital health.
- Strong product mindset and comfort discussing features, scope, and trade-offs with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to improve sales research, outreach, or operations.
