Department: ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE

Purpose of the role

Finance profile, results-driven analyst focused on process improvement and reporting. The role combines technical proficiency to automate workflows and implement scalable solutions in SAP or other required platforms, with functional team integration , delivering actionable data analysis to support operational and financial decision-making and assisting in results consolidation.

Responsibilities

- Map, analyze and redesign business processes to increase efficiency, reduce time to report, and improve data quality.
- Gather requirements from internal clients and translate them into technical and functional specifications for reporting solutions.
- Monthly management closing and quarterly IFRS closing support within the team.
- Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards (SAP, Power BI and others).




- Produce regular and ad-hoc analyses, KPIs and management reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business users to implement changes and deploy reporting solutions.
- Supervise and ensure proper process documentation.

Technical Domain & Qualifications

- Advanced user of the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI and Excel with Power Query / DAX) – highly valued
- Experience creating and maintaining SAP reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with AI tools for automation (desirable)
- Other high-level programming languages (R / Python) desirable
- Strong interest in continuous technical upskilling
- Business knowledge: understanding of financial flows, consolidation processes, or IFRS standards. Interest in developing within Corporate Finance (desirable)
