What you will do

- Partner closely with marketing stakeholders and product managers to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements;
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud use cases and solutions;
- Design, implement, and optimize data flows and integrations within Salesforce Data Cloud;
- Validate data pipelines using SQL and Snowflake to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability;
- Support analytics and reporting initiatives by delivering high-quality, well-structured data;
- Collaborate with data teams, Salesforce admins, and business stakeholders to bridge technical and business requirements;
- Contribute to a fresh start (greenfield) implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud.

Must haves

- 6+ years of experience in roles combining Business Analysis and Data Engineering;
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud ;
- Strong understanding of SQL (basic to intermediate level);
- Strong experience with Snowflake ;
- Technical background in IT, data, or engineering roles;




- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, especially marketing teams, to define and prioritize requirements;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
- Profile combining business acumen and data/engineering expertise;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

- Experience or familiarity with Customer 360, analytics enablement, or Master Data Management (MDM) concepts;
- Experience working in marketing data or customer data platforms (CDPs).
