About the Role

The Recruiter will be responsible for leading strategy and execution for full life‑cycle recruitment of assigned roles for our Commercial business unit. Additionally, this role will work to ensure a high level of client, manager, and candidate satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness among qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase diversity of the candidate pool.
- Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiative.
- Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events.
- Maintain candidate data and workflow in applicant tracking system; provide weekly updates and reports to Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Build effective and respected partnership with key agency partners including hiring managers, group and discipline leads, HR partners, finance and PMO’s.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Drive effective partnerships with business leaders and TA team.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Must have experience within agency, staffing industry or related industry.




- Full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track‑record demonstrating full‑life‑cycle recruiting for multidisciplinary positions.
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and leadership at all levels.
- Sound understanding and use of applicant tracking technologies.
- Advanced level of English language.
