Summary

The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for working with our data management team to create data assets necessary to meet client deliverables. The data assets are created by integrating with various data systems to query and create the assets against specified requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Performs initial data loads into Veeva CRM and Service Cloud Orgs which includes Fingerprinting process in CSA for clients using Syneos Enterprise Veeva Network
- Works closely with client data team, Targeting & Alignment, Syneos Data Managers and CRM internal & external workstream leads to ensure data is ready for field launch.
- Processes any ad-hoc and quarterly data updates into CRM for Universe maintenance which includes HCP addresses and license updates, Targeting & Alignment, Call Plan Load, and processing of Action Requests.
- Research CRM data issues reported by field users through help desk tickets.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in working with data management teams supporting Pharma field operations is required.




- 3+ years of experience in data-centric implementations such as SFA/CRM and Business Intelligence Tools
- 3+ years of experience with data warehouse, Master Data Management (MDM), and data integration initiatives
- Strong experience reading and writing queries in SQL Server or Azure SQL database is required.
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry.
