Main Purpose of the Role
- Responds to the qualitative and timely accomplishment of the works;

- Is responsible for carrying out the service tasks given by the job attributions contained in the job description;
Responsibilities
Operational control of loading and unloading
- Check vessel loading and unloading lists.
- Identify and manage discrepancies between operational lists and data received from the terminal (number and type of containers).
- Coordinate and supervise the loading of empty containers to different destination ports.
Container stock management
- Monitor empty container stock on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate with regional offices to resolve inventory imbalances.
- Manage the sale of second-hand containers.
- Ensure compliance with the FIFO rule.
- Follow up on empty and full containers with no movement, in coordination with the Claims department.
Maintenance and Repairs (M&R;)
- Prepare reports on defective or damaged containers and the associated repair costs.
- Record data on defective containers and submit repair cost estimates for approval by the corresponding department (Haifa Equipment / MNR).
- Verify and register repair invoices.
- Perform validation and manual data entry related to repair activities.
Data accuracy and quality
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data entered into systems.
- Provide specialized services in line with high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures,
including those related to vendors.
Requirements
- Required Professional Knowledge – University licenses
- Minimum 5 years of Professional Experience in Logistics
- Knowledge - Logistics field
- Languages: Excellent English (Must), Local Language (Advantage)
- Objectivity in the appreciation and analysis of the local market, receptivity, team spirit (sincere, willing to collaborate)
- PC operating knowledge: MS OFFICE, SAP., INTERNET EXPLORER, OUTLOOK EXPRESS, other software according to legal regulations
