About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Estimator to join our fast-paced Operations team. In this role, you’ll own the end-to‑end execution of quotes across the US and Canada—delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates that meet our Gold Standard for quality, speed, and value.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior estimators and team leads while taking full ownership of your performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and wants to grow quickly in a results-driven company.

What You’ll Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement (internship experience welcome)
