THE ROLE

As an Associate, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide essential production support for your account team. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building and launching paid social campaigns, implementing account tasks and optimizations, trafficking creative assets, running and formatting performance reports, and supporting ongoing testing initiatives. You will also participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow‑ups.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Implement paid social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress
- Collect, analyse, and process large amounts of data
- Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects
- Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications
- Work collaboratively and cross‑functionally across internal channels to meet the needs of the team and clients
- Maintain a working knowledge of paid social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and provide recommendations for optimisation

WHAT YOU BRING

- 1+ years of paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus) and comfort with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology
- Desire to quickly learn and master social channels
- Proven prior work experience in a production‑oriented or similar role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficient in Excel (including vlookup,



pivot tables, concatenating, text‑to‑columns, etc.)
- High level of independence, curiosity, and a desire to grow responsibilities and skill set

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

- Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as you will communicate with team members abroad
- The position requires working approximately 2‑3 times a week from one of our offices in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata
