Seeking a motivated Principal Systems Engineer – M365 to join our global team. This role is responsible for the strategy, adoption, and operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on maximizing business value across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

- Own and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)
- Drive adoption of M365 Copilot and modern collaboration tools
- Lead clear, end-user focused communication for M365 changes and updates
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance
- Partner with business and IT to deliver M365 solutions aligned to needs
- Establish standards, documentation, and best practices
- Act as escalation point for complex issues and mentor team members
- Track usage and adoption to drive continuous improvement

Skills





- Strong communication and ability to simplify technical concepts
- Proven ability to drive adoption and change at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge and Experience

- Deep experience with Microsoft 365 platform
- Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot or similar tools
- Experience driving enterprise adoption initiatives
- Strong understanding of M365 security and governance
- 8–10+ years in large, integral environments

Education

- B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
