As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day-to-day activities will include assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research, gather, and synthesize information to support decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management is required.

Develop detailed process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.





Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative approaches to enhance efficiency.

Support the integration of new systems by facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical experts.

Contribute to the evaluation and validation of business solutions to ensure they meet organizational goals and customer needs.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Intermediate proficiency in problem solving.

• Intermediate proficiency in communication.

• Beginner proficiency in analytical thinking.

• Advanced proficiency in collaboration.

• Intermediate proficiency in adaptability.
