We’re hunting for a Senior Art Director who actually knows their way around a computer.

We’re MADHUB - a creative performance agency that doesn’t do boring. We’re the ones making ads that people actually want to look at, emails that don’t get deleted immediately, and landing pages that actually convert. Crazy, right?

The Role

You’ve got 5+ years of slinging digital advertising work at agencies. You’re fluent in design - ads, emails, landing pages, the whole lot. You’ve got taste, an eye for what works, and you’re not afraid to say when something looks like garbage. You know your way around AI tools, but you’re not one of those people who just let the robot do all the magic. You actually use it to get smarter work done faster.

You’re joining a team of 30+ people who are genuinely passionate about what they do. This is full‑time remote, but you’ll be working Canadian hours - super manageable if you’re anywhere in South America. And if you nail your performance KPIs, there’s a yearly bonus on the table.





What you’ll be doing

- Designing high‑converting ads, emails, and landing pages
- Squeezing your creative juices to create some fun direct‑response campaigns
- Collaborating with a 30+ person team that’s genuinely good at what they do
- Leveraging AI tools to work faster without sacrificing the craft

What you bring

- 5+ years in digital advertising agencies
- A portfolio that proves you have taste, not just tools
- Fluency in AI‑assisted design workflows - you use it, you don’t outsource your brain to it
- An eye for what works and zero patience for output that doesn’t
