Product Designer (UX/UI, Product Design & Design Systems) – Remote | SaaS

Location: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end product design experience across web and mobile applications.

This role goes beyond visual design.

You’ll combine:

- User research
- Product thinking

User Research & Product Thinking

- Conduct:

UX/UI Design Execution

- Design:

Design Systems & Scalability

- Build and maintain:
- Design systems
- Component libraries

Accessibility & Usability

- Design experiences aligned with:
- WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards





- Ensure:

Experimentation & Optimization

- Run A/B tests across:
- User flows
- UI variations
- Interactions

- Use performance insights to:

Collaboration & Developer Handoff

- Work closely with:
- Product Managers
- Engineers
- QA teams

- Deliver developer-ready assets using:

- Figma Dev Mode
- Zeplin

- Provide:

- Design specs
- Interaction details
- Component documentation

- Sketch

- Experience with:

- User flows
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- Responsive design
- Design systems

- Strong understanding of:
