We are looking for an innovative and experienced digital content campaign manager to join our team. The position is responsible for oversight of the entire document lifecycle, ensuring proper execution at every stage. Acts similar to a MLR Coordinator, but with a broader scope of responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Creation of Kanban Board
- Designs custom Kanban boards using tools like Jira, Monday, or Planner
- Aligns the board structure with client SOPs and processes
- Defines stages as buckets and configures card templates with appropriate subtasks

- Maintenance of Kanban Board

- Updates the board by:
- Adjusting workflows, adding new stages, backlogs, and processes
- Generating reports to track progress and identify bottlenecks
- Ensuring boards remain aligned with evolving client needs

- Backlog Management

- Clones the template card and completes the necessary data
- Initiates the workflow and assigns:
- Participants responsible for task
- Due dates to maintain project timelines

- Campaign Management

- Oversee the entire document lifecycle, ensuring proper execution at every stage
- Acts similarly to the MLR Coordinator, but with a broader scope beyond Vault
- Coordinates with external roles not directly involved in Vault, including:
- Creative Agencies, Account Activations, Syneos One, Vault Support, CRM, Targeting & Alignment, G&M; Health, FDA Gateway Sender, Client Teams, and other vendors

- Responsible for Process Compliance & Tracking
- Ensure each participant follows the defined workflow
- Tracks ticket updates and task progress within the Kanban flow

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED

- Good knowledge of the MLR Process within the Pharma Industry

- 2+ years’ experience in performing Campaign Management within the Pharma Industry





- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence for document tracking

PREFERRED

- Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats
- Experience acting as Scrum Master
- BA/BS

- Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, manage expectations and consistently deliver on time

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to respond quickly to ad hoc requests

- Strong attention to process compliance

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Detail oriented / analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Skilled in standard Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel)
