At CONA CONSULTORES we are looking for a student or recent graduate of the careers of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or Public Accountant to develop a generalist profile in the area of human resources. We are looking for a person with a strong analytical profile, thorough, neat, who can work at a dynamic work pace, with the ability to work as a team and focused on customer satisfaction.

Principal Functions

- Manage employee work assets, cars, laptops, cell phones and billing control.
- Uploading of employees' labor documentation on portals: ART, DJ 931, Insurance policies, Union payments, etc.
- Delivery of work items and PPE.
- Staff travel management. Control of submission of mobility travel expenses and submission of documentation to the client.
- PO control by service and issuance of reports.
- Support in onboarding processes and creation of salary settlement news.
- Direct dealings with clients.

Profile Requirements

- Tertiary or university student in HR, RRLL Business Administration or related to the area of HR/Economics.



It is highly valuable to have similar experience acquired in service, security, cleaning or construction companies.
- Parcel Management Office. Excel proficiency.
- Have worked with a management system or web platforms to upload information.
- Fluent English.
- Customer orientation, action/initiative. Capacity for teamwork.
- Work retirement area.
