The role (full-cycle, inbound-led)
Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding.
You'll work mainly Americas, plus some UK/UAE coverage on early starts.

Remote in Latin AmericaEarly starts as needed (9-hour day)
You (must-haves)
C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent)Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree)2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK marketsSerious CRM hygiene
What you'll do
Work inbound leads; book, run and close callsRescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decisionSend proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboardingKeep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals
Compensation (USD)
Base: $1,500/monthPer-deal commission paid on client commitmentPlacement bonusRamp guarantee in the first two monthsOTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month
