The main goal of this position is to generate increased revenue for the company, driving our success forward. In this role, you'll be crucial to Teracloud's growth, focusing on strategic planning, sales management, and client prospecting. You'll collaborate with company executives and marketing professionals to analyze market trends and propose new ideas and markets.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Own and manage the company's sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales leads and opportunities.
Research, plan, and implement initiatives to penetrate new target markets.
Actively pursue leads and guide them through the sales cycle to successful closure.
Assess client needs and align them with the company’s capabilities to meet those needs.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and identify potential opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, promoting the company's products and services to meet client objectives.
Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support, building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
EducationBachelor’s Degree: a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
AWS Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner is highly desirable.
ExperienceDemonstrated experience in tech companies as a Business Development Representative, Sales Executive, or a similar role for at least 3 years.
Experience in customer support is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Hard SkillsExceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
