Dolce & Gabbana is a globally renowned luxury fashion and beauty brand, celebrated for its heritage, innovation, and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to support the Travel Retail and Distributors business across the South Cone region. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the commercial development of key distributor markets, supporting sales analysis, business planning, operational coordination, and cross-functional execution within a luxury beauty brand environment.
Job Overview The Commercial Coordinator will support the Key Account Manager / Area Manager in the day-to-day management of the business across distributor markets in the South Cone region. This role will be responsible for coordinating sales tracking, business reporting, pricing analysis, forecast follow-up, and operational processes to ensure strong execution across markets.
The idóneo candidate is analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data, internal teams, and external partners. This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities independently and support commercial decision-making through accurate reporting and business insights.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Support
Track sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support the Key Account Manager / Area Manager with business reviews, market updates, and performance analysis.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics across distributor markets.
Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial plans, launches, and sales initiatives.
Assist in the analysis of P&L;, Gross to Net, and commercial profitability by market or client.
Operational
Support
Coordinate product orders with internal teams, distributors, and relevant stakeholders.
Track forecast accuracy and update forecasts based on business needs and alignment with the Key Account Manager / Area Manager.
Follow up on product availability, order status, launches, and operational priorities with Supply Chain and internal partners.
Support the execution of commercial calendars, market initiatives, and distributor requests.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between distributors and internal teams, including Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial. Reporting & Administrative Support
Prepare meeting decks, business presentations, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain updated key account files, commercial trackers, pricing files, and databases.
Support budget tracking, sales analysis, and business planning processes.
Contribute to projects related to sales, operations, reporting, and brand initiatives within the Travel Retail and Distributors channel. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales analysis, business support, account coordination, or distributor management.
Experience in beauty, luxury, retail, consumer goods, distributors, or Travel Retail is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales reports, forecasts, pricing, and business performance data.
Experience supporting P&L; analysis, Gross to Net analysis, or commercial profitability tracking is a plus.
Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Strong interest in the luxury beauty, retail, or distributor industry.
