OverviewWe are looking for a Data & AI Technical Lead for a 50-person tech company focused on App Development, Cloud & DevOps, and Data & AI. This role will drive the growth of the Data & AI vertical with strong technical leadership and business focus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and technical development of the Data & AI area
- Work hands-on in projects: APIs, dashboards, architectures, models, and end-to-end solutions
- Build and manage a multidisciplinary team (data/ML engineers and developers)
- Support commercial efforts: pre-sales, client meetings, and opportunity identification
- Ensure technical quality and best practices
- Stay up to date with tools like LLMs, vector DBs, MLOps, etc.

Requirements
- 5+ years in software development (ideally fullstack) and data/AI solutions
- Experience in technical leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of React, Node.js, Python, SQL, Snowflake, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and deploying models to production
- Eng Advanced
