Elevate Your Clinical Practice
As a key partner, you will provide confidential, evidence-based services tailored to the occupational stress, trauma exposure, and unique culture of wildland first responders.
Key Clinical Contributions
- Trauma Specialization: Delivering individual and group therapy for complex issues including PTSD, critical incident stress,
compassion fatigue, and substance use.
- Proactive & Reactive Support: Offering both routine clinical care and immediate crisis intervention during high-stress periods.
- Assessment & Planning: Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing precise, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Hybrid Delivery: Utilizing both virtual (telehealth) and scheduled on-site engagement to ensure optimal accessibility.
The Adecuado 1099 Partner Profile
- Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline.
- Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non‑negotiable).
- Minimum of 2 years post‑licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
- History of working successfully with military, first‑responder, or other high‑acuity/trauma populations.
