About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI systems reasons through complex leadership challenges — making a real-world impact from wherever you work.

- Type: Hourly Contract

- Location: Remote

- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness

- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design

- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations

- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models reason through leadership problems

- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

- 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level





- Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks

- Skilled at evaluating complex decision-making and analyzing tradeoffs

- Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations

- Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently

Nice to Have

- MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field

- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting

- Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or academic research workflows
