The RTE drives alignment, flow, and continuous improvement while ensuring teams deliver value in a predictable and sustainable manner.###### Key Responsibilities* Facilitate ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt* Enable PI planning readiness, execution tracking, and delivery of committed objectives* Coordinate dependencies, manage risks, and remove impediments across teams* Partner with Product and Technology leadership to align strategy, roadmaps, and execution* Enable intake of work through demand and capacity alignment* Maintain ART-level metrics, dashboards, and transparency into delivery progress* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and maturity assessments* Coach leaders,



teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset###### Qualifications* 5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer* Experience working in Agile environments using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or XP* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills* Experience with Agile tooling (Azure DevOps preferred)* SAFe(R) Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification or equivalent Agile certificationHelping People Thrive in a Connected WorldConnect with us.
