We are seeking a seasoned Director of Cloud Native Applications to join our growing App Dev, AI, and ML practice. The idóneo candidate brings a passion for modern software development, a strong customer orientation, and a proven ability to lead teams through complex technical engagements. They should also demonstrate a clear enthusiasm for AI‑enabled delivery of software and ML, with the ability to champion practical uses of AI to enhance engineering productivity, solution quality, and customer outcomes.

Your mission will be to guide project delivery, support escalations, enable our engineering teams, and collaborate with clients and sales leaders to shape high‑impact solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence, scaling our delivery capabilities, and helping customers bring modern, AI‑accelerated applications to life in AWS.

Your Assignment
The Cloud Native Applications Delivery Leader will be joining the team responsible for leading, growing, and evolving our application development, AI, and ML practice.



This individual will take part in shaping the technical vision, establishing and enforcing best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud native applications and AI‑enabled solutions for clients of all sizes. The role requires deep expertise in application development practices, strong knowledge in AWS technologies, a strong business acumen, and the ability to lead large, diverse delivery teams in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will also bring a forward‑looking perspective on AI‑enabled software delivery, with the ability to embed AI‑powered tools and ways of working into delivery execution, engineering excellence, and client value creation.
