Chief HPC Network Engineer
EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief HPC Network Engineer in Argentina to define the integral technical strategy for GPU infrastructure.
- Establish architectural roadmaps and reference architecture for advanced AI, research and Kubernetes-based GPU infrastructure.
- Enforce engineering standards and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Architect, operate and optimize high‑performance network fabrics for large‑scale LLM and distributed AI workloads.
- Design network observability and monitoring for InfiniBand/RDMA and other HPC fabrics.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in high‑performance networking, InfiniBand/RDMA, Kubernetes and GPU infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of AI workloads and distributed systems.
- Experience delivering complex technical solutions at scale.
