What you'll do:

As an Operational Risk Associate, you will play a mission-critical role in safeguarding Trillion Digital’s ongoing compliance and risk posture across its trading and operational lifecycle. This role focuses on the execution and continuous enhancement of our transaction monitoring (KYT) and ongoing monitoring programs, forming a core part of our internal controls against financial crime, sanctions exposure, and reputational risk.





You will drive the implementation and refinement of procedures that ensure consistency, audibility, and timely detection of anomalies across blockchain-native and fiat transaction flows. Working with best-in-class blockchain analytics platforms like Chainalysis and Elliptic, as well as integrated compliance infrastructure, you will monitor transactional activity, investigate risk-relevant signals, and proactively surface operational vulnerabilities. You will also support cross-functional coordination with compliance, trading operations, and external legal and advisory teams to maintain a strong control environment in line with our regulatory obligations.

This position is best suited for a detail-oriented compliance/risk professional with 1–2 years of financial services experience, preferably in a crypto-native or blockchain-integrated environment.
