Job Overview

We are looking for a Clinic Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. As an Outreach Specialist, this opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume, proactive outreach to healthcare providers, case managers, and partner organizations through daily calling, alongside email follow-ups, to drive referral engagement and strengthen partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical stakeholders through consistent, relationship-focused communication and follow-up.
- Educate partners on services, care models (e.g., behavioral health integration), and referral workflows to ensure ease of access and utilization.
