We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team at Nybble Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to identify issues early, streamline testing processes, and continuously improve product performance.

Success in this role means proactively finding bugs before our users do and contributing to a culture of quality and efficiency across the engineering organization.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and API applications.

● Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

● Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.

● Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

● Analyze test results, provide detailed feedback, and participate in post-release verification.

● Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools or technologies to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

● Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.

● Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#).





● Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).

● Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

● Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and SDLC.

● 3+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have

● Experience with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).

● Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS) or containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes).

● ISTQB or similar QA certification.

● Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
