We're looking for a Sr. Video Editor who is expert in creating social media videoclips, long-form video podcasts, and YouTube-style educational videos.

Hatch is a video-first content agency. We help B2B companies create video podcasts, YouTube video series, and short-form video clips for social media. Our goal is to be the #1 agency in the world helping companies use video-first content to win.

- Full-time, 40-hour per week position.
- Work from home in US time zones (EST, CST, MST, or PST). ONLY for LatAm and the Philippines.
- Enhance your skills through ongoing training and development.

What You'll Do:

- Edit and produce long-form video podcasts and YouTube content to meet standards and specifications.
- Enhance footage with lighting correction and color-grading.
- Add music, graphics, and branding elements.
- Create and optimize short-form clips for TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Organize files and keep the project management dashboard updated.
- Communicate via Trello and Slack,



and stay on top of video and podcasting trends.
- 4+ years of video editing, 2+ years of animation + motion graphics, and 2+ years of creating captions in English.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience with Adobe graphic editing tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and AI video tools.
- Work remotely from anywhere in Latin America or the Philippines.
