We seek a Instructional Designer to join to our Content & Social team in Buenos Aires, Argentina! You'll be working with a global leader, designing cutting-edge devices that save and improve millions of lives worldwide.

We are looking for profiles with a strategic mindset, organizational skills, and a passion for content, who want to work on learning, communication, and digital experience projects for major brands.

What will you do?

- Design educational content and learning experiences for digital environments.
- Develop training, onboarding, and enablement materials.
- Participate in the creation and scaling of content production and activation models, prioritizing speed, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with strategy, content, creativity, and technology teams on various types of projects.




- Adapt content to multiple formats, audiences, and platforms.

What will help you succeed:

- More than 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Content Designer, or similar roles.
- Mandatory experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
- Experience creating educational content, training, or digital learning experiences.
- Experience in maintaining training records, curricula, or documentation.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, document management, or compliance tools such as LMS, ComplianceWire, Veeva, Windchill, and SharePoint.
- Basic knowledge of GCP principles.

- Interest in AI, automation, and scalable content processes
- Versatile profiles, eager to grow and participate in various challenges within a Content & Social team
