Role Overview
We are seeking a hungry and self-sufficient Account Executive to own both the top and bottom of the funnel. You'll prospect, qualify, and close — selling vendor partnerships and related services into US-based businesses. This role is built for someone who embraces AI tools to multiply their output and move faster than a traditional rep. If you thrive in an ownership mindset and don't need hand-holding to hit your numbers, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads and manage prospects through the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Sell vendor partnership solutions and related real estate services to US-based businesses
- Leverage AI tools and sales technology to increase activity volume and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate pipeline, deal stages, and notes in the CRM
- Develop and refine outreach messaging and sequences based on what's working
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in both outbound prospecting and full-cycle closing
- Comfortable selling into US-based businesses across multiple verticals
- AI-savvy — actively uses AI tools to research, write, and optimize sales workflows
- Strong written and spoken English for US client-facing communication
- Self-motivated with a high-ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Solid CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up habits
- Experience working with US-based clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in vendor partnerships, B2B services, or real estate-adjacent sales
- Experience using AI-powered sales tools (e.g. Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Familiarity with high-velocity, multi-channel outreach strategies
