You’ll be speaking with warm prospects who have requested information about our land. Your job is to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of proven sales experience
- Prior experience with cold calling, telemarketing, and generating new leads

Key Responsibilities

- Full-time position (Monday through Friday/PST time)
- Advanced conversational, reading and writing English skills
- Daily led follow-ups and consistent communication with clients (Inbound/Outbound)
- Note taking and record keeping for every client interaction
- Familiarity with U.S. addresses, cities, and states




- Price negotiation and closing deals
- Managing communication via calls, text, and email
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
