As a Staff Software Engineer on our Ecommerce team you’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to contribute to the development of our next generation Ecommerce platform, working across a robust ecosystem of Ecommerce tools and products, and building a first‑class customer experience.

About the role
- Location: Remote, Argentina

- Reporting to: Manager, Engineering

As a Staff Software Engineer for the Ecommerce team you’ll:
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers beyond your team to plan and build product capabilities that enable our Structure product goals
- Effectively communicate team priorities and strategy to engineering and cross‑functional leadership teams
- Work as part of a team to champion technical standards while balancing business strategies and requirements
- Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers
- Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing and reviewing technical specifications
