The Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager is the most experienced individual contributor on the team, playing a critical role in advancing high-priority initiatives that shape the long-term direction of the business. While this position does not include formal management responsibilities, it carries elevated scope and visibility. The role combines **strategic input, execution ownership, and peer guidance**, making it a trusted partner to leadership and a steady resource for the team.
- **Lead Key Initiatives**: Take ownership of high-impact projects from design to execution, ensuring progress against strategic goals
- **Partner with Leadership**:



Provide thought partnership to the Strategic Initiatives Lead and senior stakeholders, offering analysis, recommendations, and clarity on priorities
- **Enable Collaboration**: Build alignment across teams and functions, navigating stakeholder needs with a balance of diplomacy and pragmatism
- **Coach and Support**: Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members, helping to raise the overall bar of the group
- **Translate Complexity**: Distill ambiguous or complex problems into clear actions, frameworks, and next steps that drive impact
