We’re now looking for a **Funnel & Automation Specialist** who can help us streamline our client acquisition systems, build conversion-focused funnels, and create powerful automation workflows inside **GoHighLevel (GHL)**.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **mid to senior-level Funnel & Automation Specialist** who loves building efficient systems, crafting seamless customer journeys, and optimizing for conversions.
This **full-time remote** position will work closely with the **Director and Project Manager**, supporting client accounts and internal Starlight funnels.

You’ll be responsible for setting up, testing, and optimizing **funnels, automations, and lead tracking** systems that keep our clients’ campaigns running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Build and manage **funnels** (landing pages, forms, opt-ins, upsells, etc.) inside GoHighLevel.
- Set up **CRM pipelines** for leads, clients, and campaigns.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with external tools (Meta Ads, Google Sheets, Calendars, Zapier, Stripe, etc.).
- Design and test **lead capture systems** that support paid ad campaigns.
- Track funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative and paid ads teams to align funnels with campaign strategy.
- Maintain clean databases, consistent workflows, and reporting dashboards.




- Troubleshoot issues and ensure automations run without errors.
- Document processes and contribute to improving internal systems and SOPs.

**Experience & Skills**
- **2-4 years of experience** in funnel building or marketing automation (agency experience preferred).
- **Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel** (funnels, automations, triggers, CRM setup, and reporting).
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with tools like Zapier, Stripe, Google Sheets, and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of **conversion funnels, lead magnets, and campaign tracking**.
- Comfortable designing simple landing pages and forms (no coding required).
- Analytical mindset — can review metrics and make performance-based decisions.
- Excellent **communication skills** and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English** (spoken and written).
