**Virtual Assistant - Operations Support (Remote, LATAM)**:
**Salary**: USD 18,000 - 20,400/year + Health Insurance Bonus (~USD 100/month)
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM EST (U.S. Eastern Time)
**️ PTO**: 10 days per year (accrual basis) | **U.S. Holidays Off**
**Payments**: Bi-weekly

Latino Legends is partnering with a U.S.based **real estate investment firm** managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple states. The company is growing quickly and focuses on operational excellence, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

They’re looking for a **Virtual Assistant - Operations Support** with a **strong financial background** to join their remote team and help keep day-to-day operations running seamlessly.

**About the Role**:
This position is adecuado for a **detail-oriented professional with finance or accounting experience** who thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll provide direct administrative and operational support to the **Director of Operations**, managing communications, financial reporting, and coordination between property managers, vendors, and leadership.

Your ability to stay organized, handle financial data accurately, and communicate clearly will be essential to success.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative & Executive Support**:

- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, calendar, and meeting coordination.

- Track ongoing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Prepare and maintain internal reports, documentation, and digital filing systems.

- Support communication across departments, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

**Financial & Reporting Support**:

- Assist in preparing and maintaining **financial reports, expense summaries, and budget trackers**.





- Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy prior to submission or approval.

- Monitor vendor payments and maintain organized financial documentation.

- Provide regular updates on operational expenses and support monthly reporting cycles.

**Vendor Coordination & Communication**:

- Reach out to vendors for quotes, invoices, or service updates.

- Track maintenance schedules and follow up on pending tasks or payments.

- Build strong, professional relationships with contractors and suppliers.

- Support property-level administrative operations in coordination with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field** (or equivalent work experience).

- **2-3 years of experience** as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations/Finance Coordinator.

- Excellent command of **English** (written and verbal).

- Proficiency in **Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Calendly**, and similar tools.

- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

- Self-starter who can work independently and maintain consistent performance in a remote environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **property management or accounting software** (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar).

- Background in **vendor management or maintenance coordination**.

- Understanding of real estate operations and multi-property support.
