**AI Growth Systems Lead**

Now, we’re looking for a new kind of sales and marketing leader—someone who understands that the future of revenue generation isn’t about cold calls or endless meetings. It’s about **designing and operating AI-driven systems** that scale outreach, engagement, and conversion automatically.
This is your chance to build an AI-first growth engine from the ground up.
**The Opportunity**
You’ll be the **architect of our automated sales system**, responsible for building and managing an AI-powered pipeline that identifies, engages, and converts leads across target industries—without human intervention.
You won’t be dialing prospects or running demos. Instead, you’ll use the latest AI tools (like **Clay, SmartLead, ChatGPT, Wallet C, and others**) to:
- find and qualify prospects,
- launch personalized, data-driven outreach,
- route traffic to our product experiences,
- and drive purchase or subscription conversions.
This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of **sales automation, growth marketing, and AI operations.**
**What You’ll Do**
- **Design the Growth System**: Build an end-to-end, AI-powered lead generation engine that autonomously identifies and nurtures prospects across key industry verticals.
- **Drive Conversions**: Create clear, data-backed paths from first touch to transaction—turning outreach into traffic, and traffic into report purchases or subscriptions.
- **Optimize Continuously**: Test, measure,
and refine workflows, messaging, and targeting to maximize conversion rates and scale performance.
- **Operationalize Insights**: Build dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops that show what’s working and where growth opportunities exist.
**Who You Are**
- **AI-Native Marketer / Sales Operator**: You know how to orchestrate and automate multi-channel campaigns using tools like Clay, SmartLead, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar.
- **Systems Thinker**: You see sales not as a person-by-person activity but as a set of scalable, testable workflows that compound over time.
- **Data-Literate Communicator**: You’re comfortable working with data to drive targeting, segmentation, and messaging decisions.
- **Builder Mindset**: You like being early, building systems from scratch, and creating structure in ambiguity.
- **Results-Driven**: You’re motivated by metrics, conversion rates, and growth curves—not by vanity impressions or follower counts.
**What Success Looks Like**
- A fully operational AI sales engine that drives consistent, predictable lead flow across defined verticals.
- High open and response rates across outbound campaigns driven by personalized AI outreach.
- Website and landing pages that convert traffic directly to purchases or subscriptions without human intervention.
- A repeatable, data-driven playbook for scaling the Signal Works growth engine across multiple markets.
