**About the Volunteer Mentor Role**

As a mentor, you'll serve as a conversation partner for a young Brazilian student with beginner or intermediate English skills. No teaching background is required — just English fluency and a willingness to help.

**Requirements**:

- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a B2 level or higher in English (Upper-Intermediate)
- Be available 1 hour per week
- Have access to internet and camera
- Be interested in social impact and education





**Responsibilities**
- Hold 1:1 video calls with your assigned student
- Practice real-life English conversations
- Share personal and cultural experiences
- Motivate and guide your mentee with empathy
