In this role, you will:

- Integration Developer accountable across Workday HCM with wide range of complexity.

- Coordinates medium to complex solution implementations while leading design variances based upon business needs while ensuring artifacts are documented in enterprise architecture repository.

- Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.

- Proactive analysis of business processes integrations and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.

- Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry and technology trends that can bring K-C a competitive advantage

- Troubleshoot escalated issues

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Workday Developer

- Experience integrating Payroll solutions

- Deep knowledge on Integrations definitions and development

- Strong experience in Workday integrations with WD Studio, PICOF & PECI, XSLT transformation

- Strong experience working with middleware solutions

- Expert in Requirements management

- Experience with Azure
