**PAYMENT STRUCTURE**

Part-Time: $400usd/mo base + $600-$1000usd/mo bonuses (4-hr daily commitment)

Full-Time: $800usd/mo base + $1000-$1800usd/mo bonuses (8-hr daily commitment)

Bonus: $25/ appointment set

**LOCATION**

This is a hybrid position that allows for the ability to work at home or in the office.
