**About the Role**:
**Primary Functions**:

- ** Own the full hiring lifecycle** - source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
- ** Run multiple searches in parallel**, maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.
- ** Evaluate technical aptitude**, conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.
- ** Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms** to track activity and preserve data accuracy.
- ** Recommend process enhancements** that shorten time-to-hire and improve talent quality.

**Core Requirements**:

- ** 2-3 years** full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume workloads at a large staffing firm.




- Demonstrated success **interviewing and placing technical talent**.
- Proven ability to **support technology clients** and understand role nuances.
- Skilled in **ATS software and modern sourcing tools**.
- Availability to cover several days per week aligned to **Pacific Time**; flexibility across EST-PST hours.
