We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to join our team. If sales is your passion, your communication skills are top-tier, and you are eager to showcase the unique value of Spines, this role could be your perfect fit!

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Product Promotion:



Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products and services to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a seamless handover of prospects to the sales team.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently and remotely under a large number of calls in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Resilient and able to self-motivate against aggressive targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).

Pay: From $15,000,000.00 per year
